Job Description

In this role you will call prospective customers in designated market areas to identify interest and present our technological services.

Responsibilities

  • Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
  • Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
  • Secures and holds meetings with prospects.
  • Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into our CRM.
  • Follows up with customers to solicit further sales.
  • Works either from predictive dial system or of call sheets
  • Prepares report on sales activities.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Competencies and skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Education

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
