We are looking for a Business Development Executive to act as the bridge between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to seek and develop new business opportunities by leveraging your sales skills and building relationships with potential customers. In this role, you should have a proven track record of developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your exceptional communication skills to create and maintain strong relationships with customers, from initial contact through to closing the deal, while ensuring proper after-sales service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue opportunities with potential clients in the real estate industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and serve as the primary point of contact for all business development activities.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to potential clients about the company’s services, and work with them to develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Asses products & services and find development opportunities
  • Ensure quality and manage development initiatives
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company, and leverage these opportunities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients that showcase the value proposition of the company’s services, and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, and ensure that all contracts and agreements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure that the company is delivering value to clients and meeting their needs.
