Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities that will help the company grow

and achieve its revenue targets. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and

customer needs. The executive is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key

customers and partners. Candidate needs to have a decent understanding of the audio/video production, social media

& digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

∙Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.

∙Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

∙Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure ongoing business

opportunities.

∙Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

∙Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

∙Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets.

∙Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively

communicate their value proposition to clients.

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service,

to ensure successful execution of business plans.

∙Track and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business

development strategy.

∙Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market

trends.

∙Competitor analysis and tactical business development.

Requirements/Qualifications

∙Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

∙Proven track record of success in business development and sales.

∙Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

∙Strong time management and organizational skills.

∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

∙Willingness to travel as needed.
