Job Description
• Build relationships with the concern employees.
• Set up regular meetings with the existing clients to ensure they are satisfied.
• Act as a point of contact for all clients’ complaints and escalations.
• Travel regularly to overseas offices to meet clients specially VIPs.
• Help sales team to up-sell and cross-sell new products/services.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and services.
• Study the market and competition and recommend ways to maintain and grow the market share.
• Coordinate with the internal teams (sales, operations, finance… etc.) to meet clients’ needs.
• Follow communications policies and procedures set by the company.
