Job description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDE also responds to RFP’s and develops sales.

Key Accountabilities: (the main results the job holder is accountable for delivering)

Client Management and Operations:

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new sales initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Find and develop new clients and improve sales.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for the clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with the team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Meeting Planning and organization

  • Work closely with other colleagues to organize assignments and coordinate workflow.
  • Coordinate client meeting logistics including meeting locations, case study and meeting preparations.
  • Manage calendar through Outlook & Excel data base, in alignment with priorities.
  • Proactively resolve meeting conflicts diplomatically
  • Research on companies in UAE and create database of Prospecting Clients
  • Work closely with the Tele-calling team for Sales Meetings.
  • Follow up with clients on timely basis.
  • Send updates and DSR to the reporting Manager (Personal and TEAM DSR)
  • Send company profile and proposal mails to the client.
  • Coordinate with the team for appointments, personalized proposal and offer drafting.
  • Maintain MIS for Sales and Business reports.
  • Maintain PFA and Proposal Monitoring and Reporting
  • Provide regular updates on the assigned debt collection cases and churn the data for upselling Legal/Retainer services.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (writing, speaking & listening); Any other language is a plus.

Driving License – Mandatory

Availability – Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
