Job Description
Responsibilities
· Evaluates prospective brokers (both individuals and corporations) with the aim of endorsing and promoting companies products
· Guarantees that designated brokers, both individuals and corporations, receive exceptional support (including training, onboarding, coaching, etc.) to attain sales targets
· Formulates and executes an efficient Route to Market (RTM) strategy tailored to customer needs, broker types, and available resources
· Creates and negotiates contracts while ensuring seamless integration of contract requirements with business operations
Requirement
· Prior experience in either B2B, Account Management, or Event Management within diverse industries
· Proficiency in any of the following languages is required: Chinese, Russian, British, Spanish, Italian, French, and Hindi
