Job Description

  • Explore market opportunities and promote business lines (recruitment, assessment, HR outsourcing and HR consultancy) to current and new clients
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with current clients
  • Open new recruitment opportunities with potential clients and encourage them to sign and deal with company.
  • Develop new assessment opportunities with potential clients and promoting using Thomas systems, and also promote it to our current clients and offer them the assessment services
  • Coordinating and Setting up meetings with new business opportunities
  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations in response to client’s requests for assessment
  • Conduct market research and segment analysis for the market and Identify new market segment for profitable business opportunity
  • Maintain daily access of all the important information and contact information to the Business Development database, to be used later for marketing and follow-up reasons.
  • Carrying out market surveys to get clients feedback, that to maintain high level of work efficiency, and assessing in positioning company.
  • Provide the management with market feedback and response.

Provide after-sale services for:

  • Recruitment: making sure that they are satisfied with the service, take their comments, clarify any misunderstanding.
  • Assessment: provide consultation services when needed and support in work process

Execute and manage all marketing activities

  • Sending mail-shots
  • Sending greetings messages and cards
  • Monitor and manage Job fairs
  • Managing promotional and seasonal gifts and controlling the dispatching process

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Business development executive or similar role
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
