<strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong><p><br></p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client – a digital marketing company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding the client base. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting digital marketing services and solutions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s overall success.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Business Development: Identify and research potential clients and industries to generate new leads and opportunities for the company’s digital marketing services.</li><li>Sales and Client Acquisition: Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, showcase the value of our services, and convert leads into active clients.</li><li>Account Management: Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.</li><li>Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge and identify new areas for business expansion.</li><li>Proposal Development: Create compelling and customized proposals for clients, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.</li><li>Networking and Events: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build the company’s reputation and network with potential clients and partners.</li><li>Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory for this role, as you will be required to travel to meet with clients and attend meetings within UAE.</li><li>Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable and will be considered an advantage in engaging with local clients.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using the company’s CRM system.</li><li>Targets and KPIs: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and devising strategies to surpass goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications And Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE region.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients effectively.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Understanding of the local business landscape and cultural dynamics in UAE is advantageous.</li></ul>
