<p>The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build relationships with prospective clients</li><li><span>Working closely with the firm’s leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients</span></li><li><span>Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies for the firm, including identifying new market opportunities, evaluating potential projects, and developing proposals for new business.</span></li><li><span>Expand network, management, and professional capabilities through membership and participation in professional organizations as identified and approved by leadership.</span></li><li>Responsible for proactively providing business development progress reports on a weekly basis to leadership</li><li>Maintain consistent contact with existing clients</li><li>Analyze market and establish competitive advantages</li><li>Track metrics to ensure targets are hit</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></li><li><span>3-5 years of related experience β Preferably in Architecture/Interior Design Firms</span></li><li>Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>CRM experience is preferred</li><li><span>Proficient in both verbal and written Arabic and English</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
