<p>The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Software development services. Prior experience in UAE / GCC is a must, with existing contacts and rapport in the local market. Must be a self-starter and go-getter. The candidate should be capable of quickly building new sales funnels in addition to maintaining existing client relationship.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Build and maintain excellent relationship with prospective clients</li><li>Identify pain areas of clients and propose value-added technology solutions</li><li>Understand the latest and emerging technologies and consult&nbsp;with clients on how to leverage such technologies</li><li>Build a strong sales pipeline in line with the company’s expectations</li><li>Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages</li><li>Track sales metrics and ensure targets are achieved</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Proficiency:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher</li><li>3 to 5 years experience in Software sales in UAE / GCC</li><li>Experience in full sales cycle including closing orders</li><li>Demonstrated sales success</li><li>Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Must be excellent in spoken and written English.
