The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Executive – Dubai

1. Identify & engage with potential clients.

2. Delight customers by offering App Demo & briefing them about product.

3. Converting the potential leads into sales

4. Collaborate with Marketing team and ensure the marketing & sales plans targets right customers.

5. Creating & building an effective sales funnel

6. Working with cross functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction & maintaining customer retention

7. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment

2. Holding masters degree in Business Administration.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

4. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

5. Extremely detail-oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.

6. Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.
