*We are dealing in property management and not in broking. The sales aspect with us comprises of bringing in new contracts from land lords for property management services and long term cooperation rather than sale of property.

Responsibilities for Business Development Executive

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and other communication methods.
  • Bringing in and cementing long term relations with with new clients.
  • Answer inbound enquires via mail or call and qualify leads.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Review sales performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages.
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Keep record and act on potential leads.
  • Bring in and follow up on new leads.

Candidate selected for the role will be entitled to fixed salary ranging from 4000 – 5000 AED and commissions.

Our current sales personnel earns an average of 13000 AED per month (salary + commissions)
