<p>We are looking for rockstar sales professionals to join our expanding Commercial team. </p><p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of the pre-paid card market. </p><p> </p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>· Analyze the industry, territory, market potential and zones to cover.</p><p>· Build a solid pipeline of prospective clients to approach.</p><p>· Reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold-calling, and meetings.</p><p>· Achieve stipulated objectives, targets and KPIs</p><p>· The idea should be to close clients ensuring top-line and bottom-line revenue numbers.</p><p>· Deal Profitability is the key.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate : </p><p><br></p><p>· Will know the ins and out’s of the solution and puts forth the best proposal for each client</p><p>· Will understand the value of relationships and the best ways to build and grow them. </p><p>· Is self-motivated and proactive and is no stranger to working independently. </p><p>· Is a strong negotiator, that always has an eye on the competition, and is continually keeping track of the latest industry trends. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Growth Options:</strong></p><p>· Rockstar Business Development Executives may develop into Sales Managers, leading their own team based on revenue growth. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Professional experience</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales preferably in the financial services or banking industry </p><p>· A proven track record in overachieving objectives, targets and KPIs </p><p>· Ability to work in a team with a multi-cultural background</p><p>· Excellent sales, verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
