As a Business Development and Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales and commercial success of our blockchain and Web 3.0 decentralized products and applications. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, building strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Your strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and sales expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to promote our blockchain and Web 3.0 decentralized products.</p><p><br></p><p>Identify and target potential clients, including enterprises, startups, and organizations, who can benefit from our decentralized applications.</p><p><br></p><p>Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the blockchain and Web 3.0 space.</p><p><br></p><p>Understand client requirements and pain points, and effectively communicate how our products can address their needs and provide value.</p><p><br></p><p>Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.</p><p><br></p><p>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and product demonstrations to support sales efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products and establish thought leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights for product enhancements and new feature development.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.</p><p><br></p><p>Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and technical teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer onboarding.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p><p><br></p><p>Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the blockchain, Web 3.0, or technology industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Web 3.0 concepts, and decentralized applications.</p><p><br></p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</p><p><br></p><p>Demonstrated success in closing complex sales deals and achieving revenue targets.</p><p>Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with attention to detail and ability to navigate through legal and commercial complexities.</p><p><br></p><p>Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identify and pursue sales opportunities.</p><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.</p><p>Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.</p><p>Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in the blockchain and Web 3.0 industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a self-driven, ambitious professional with a passion for blockchain technology and Web 3.0 decentralized solutions, we invite you to join our team.
