PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for our new Business Development Associate m/f. The role will be based in Casablanca.
As a part of Sales Teams, the Business Development Associate support the Group Business Development Manager in driving company’s sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.
Also, his/her role will be to identify business growth opportunities and participate in developing strategies to increase company´s sales targets.
The Business Development Associate should be adept at negotiating business deals and able to help to make corresponding decisions that will benefit the company. Moreover, the Business Development Associate should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent communication, and analytical skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Associate is responsible to support the overall growth strategy of the company. Working with the CBDO to develop long-term plans and objectives and then create specific initiatives to achieve these goals. He will also be working with other departments within the company to ensure that everyone is working towards the same objectives of developing the business.
Keys Responsibilities :
• Contribute in Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Developing new business opportunities by researching new markets that could benefit from the company’s products or services
• Creating marketing campaigns to promote new products or services to current clients or potential clients
• Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets that could be served by the company
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to help management make informed decisions about spending priorities
• Accurate follow up and reporting of all ongoing and new opportunities.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
For the Business Development Associate position, high schools’ certifications related to sales management, Marketing, market research…. And or similar are mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement for this position . A Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) is a plus. The MBA know How can provide a foundation in business principles and prepare candidates for a variety of business roles.
Moreover, a prior year of proven field experience is mandatory to complete the education and the trainings aspects. Such experience could be in diversity of domains, mainly new technologies and ICT businesses.
