Curated and managed by us, our apartments provide the modern renter with a launchpad to work remotely and experience new adventures for a month, a year, or longer.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are looking for a Business Development Associate for our imminent launch in the city of Dubai, from onboarding and marketing units to building strong relationships with the local real estate industry. You will be in charge of starting, expanding, and owning the Dubai market.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What you will focus on:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Complete market research for new units in specific neighborhoods</span></li><li><span>Respond to leads for new units that come from various different channels</span></li><li><span>Present Staycaee’s value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits of our product and services to landlords and building companies to get essential permissions</span></li><li><span>Negotiating Contract Terms</span></li><li><span>Manage and track paperwork of newly onboarded properties</span></li><li><span>Track and execute monthly renewals of current properties</span></li><li><span>Help team members on cross-functional operations and communications</span></li><li><span>Communicate with landlords regarding company operations</span></li><li><span>Track legal processes with the company’s lawyers and provide updates to the landlords&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Managing off-boarding processes&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Manage important paperwork&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>What we are looking for:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree</span></li><li><span>Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive understanding of real estate law and related documents (contracts, deeds, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Fluency in English</span></li><li><span>Strong desire to obtain new skills and exposure to working in a professional environment</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and negotiation skills with an eye-to-detail approach</span></li><li><span>Quick thinker and deal maker</span></li><li><span>Exceptional time management and organizational skills</span></li><li><span>Financial Acumen</span></li><li><span>Entrepreneurial curiosity and can-do attitude are suitable in a fast-growth startup environment</span></li></ul>
