With already a sizable business in the Indian subcontinent, we are growing strong footprints in Singapore (SEA hub), US (North America hub), UAE (middle east hub), aiming to bring a full suite of services including cleaning, maintenance &amp; repairs, salon, spa and massage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for Business Development Associates who will take end-to-end ownership of certain functional elements of our categories.</p><p>What will you do:</p><ul><li>End-to-end ownership of select-service categories for service quality &amp; growth</li><li>Dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions and process improvements to ensure growth</li><li>Be a strategic thought partner in regards to operations and business development &amp; execute and run BAU projects end to end</li><li>Be a visible and vocal influential champion for our customers and external stakeholders (service partners)</li><li>Be a hustling multi-tasker. You’ll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What are we looking for</strong></p><ul><li>0-2 years of experience at in business/operations at high paced start-ups in the Middle East/Asia.</li><li>Excellent communication skills: Will be in constant touch with business partners to help them grow on UC.</li><li>Basic understanding of data analytics and data driven decision making</li><li>Over and above – strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands on!</li></ul>
