This is also a good chance for you to see if this position is a good fit for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do (responsibilities)</strong></p><p>We’re looking for an individual with the right learning mindset who will work closely with the founding team to implement the business strategy and expand out footprint. This job will require that you travel for most of the time. Please carefully consider this before applying.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Onboard hosts and suppliers of tours and activities</strong> both regionally and globally.</li><li><strong>Build the people to people experiences platform</strong>. You’ll build the infrastructure for Shouf from the ground up, having a huge and direct impact by showcasing your work to guests on daily basis.</li><li><strong>Be strategic</strong>. You will need to focus your efforts on the type of supply that will bring most value to our guests.</li><li><strong>Solve interesting technical problems.</strong> Bring your full creativity to solve super-challenging technical problems stemming from user behavior.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for (qualifications)</strong></p><p>You have experience acquiring suppliers before and this is not an area you have to ramp up on. We don’t require any formal qualifications but value learning new skills — especially from one another. We are looking for someone that feels a sense of duty to the users of their work.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Highly productive while producing quality work.</strong> You enjoy pushing out designs in a pragmatic and maintainable way. You know when to use duct tape and when to lay a foundation.</li><li><strong>Curious and quick learning.</strong> We don’t expect you to have extensive design experience, but to learn and be productive quickly. Owning several repos and jumping into all of them doesn’t scare you.</li><li><strong>Strategic team member</strong>. You’re at home brainstorming, spreading awareness about the brand, and continuously searching for new suppliers.
