Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities and potential clients in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Build, maintain, and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address clients’ needs and challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts meet the company’s requirements and are aligned with long-term goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, actively promoting our products and services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and business development initiatives to the management team.
- Continuously refine and optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the [industry type] industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
