Business Development and Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities and potential clients in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address clients’ needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts meet the company’s requirements and are aligned with long-term goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, actively promoting our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and business development initiatives to the management team.
  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the [industry type] industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
