About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading International Stone Group as a Business Development and Project Management Executive for our luxury natural stone creations. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and sales while also being involved in executive-level project management. With a focus on high-end, large-scale developments, you will play a pivotal role in opening up new markets, expanding our client base, and ensuring the successful execution of projects to the highest standards.

Your Mission:
β€’ Drive business development efforts by identifying and cultivating new markets, clients, and opportunities for luxury natural stone projects.
β€’ Lead the sales and bidding process, including understanding client requirements, developing proposals, and participating in complex bidding processes.
β€’ Utilize your knowledge of engineering and the natural stone industry to provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales and bidding process.
β€’ Stay actively involved throughout the execution of projects, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and execution are carried out to the highest standard.
β€’ Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery, on-time completion, and client satisfaction.
β€’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of raw material procurement, transformation/fabrication processes, installation techniques, and logistics.
β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the luxury natural stone sector to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
