<strong>Deluxe Holiday Homes</strong> is seeking a Russian speaker <strong>Business Developer Executive</strong> (Homeowner Procurement) to join our <strong>Sales & Reservations department</strong>. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new homeowners to join our vacation rental management program.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.<p><br></p><strong>The role is based on FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION basis.</strong><p><br></p><strong>About The Role</strong><p><br></p>As a Business Developer, your main responsibility will be recruiting management properties for Deluxe Holiday Homes. You will manage your own pipeline and recruit properties, while also collaborating with a small team of other business developers to achieve targets for adding new properties within specific timeframes.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and acquire new homeowners for our vacation rental management program;</li><li>Search for, contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential landlords;</li><li>Respond to leads promptly and professionally, recording updates in the CRM;</li><li>Maintain communication with landlords to ensure their satisfaction and retention;</li><li>Coordinate property onboarding;</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction;</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners;</li><li>Proactively engage with homeowners through phone, in-person, and email to meet recruitment targets;</li><li>Convert direct enquiries and applications through focused follow-up activities;</li><li>Process all applications in line with the recruitment strategy and maintain an accurate database;</li><li>Record recruitment activity in our PMS (Property Management System) for clear visibility of results and pipeline;</li><li>Communicate and update homeowners on any changes to their property status;</li><li>Report all activities to management in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary Package;</li><li>5-Days Work Schedule;</li><li>KPI based commission structure for growth;</li><li>Medical Insurance Plan;</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance;</li><li>A great working environment;</li><li>Company-provided laptop and SIM card;</li><li>Comprehensive training and support;</li><li>Ongoing leads provided by the company.</li><li>Possess a valid UAE Driving License.</li><li>Have at least 2 years of experience in vacation rentals, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.</li><li>Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.</li><li>Exhibit strong multitasking abilities.</li><li>Show a dedicated commitment to pursuing a career in the hospitality and property management sector.</li><li>Possess experience in sales and client acquisition within any organization.</li></ul>
