<strong>Deluxe Holiday Homes</strong> is seeking a Business Developer Executive (Homeowner Procurement) to join our Sales & Reservations department. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new homeowners to join our vacation rental management program.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.<p><br></p><strong>The role is based on FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION basis.</strong><p><br></p><strong>About The Role</strong><p><br></p>As business developer you will be responsible for recruiting management properties for Deluxe Holiday Homes.<p><br></p>As well as managing your own pipeline and recruitment of properties, you will also operate in a small team of other business developers (property recruiters) and together you are responsible for achieving given targets in terms of newly added properties over a certain periods.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and acquire new homeowners to join our vacation rental management program;</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners;</li><li>Proactively engage with homeowners by telephone, in person and through email to meet recruitment targets;</li><li>Ensure that direct enquiries and direct applications are converted via focused follow up activity;</li><li>To process all applications in line with the recruitment strategy to ensure that the database is consistently kept;</li><li>Record the details of all recruitment activity after each encounter with homeowners in our PMS (Property Management System), ensuring a high degree of accuracy and giving clear visibility of results and the current recruitment pipeline;</li><li>Communicate and update homeowners on the status of their property in case of any changes.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary Package;</li><li>Medical Insurance Plan;</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance;</li><li>Bonus/ Incentive;</li><li>A great working environment;</li><li>Attractive commission based contract.</li><li>Ability to build long term relationships with property owners;</li><li>Real talent for making homeowners feel special either on the phone or face to face;</li><li>Good multi-tasking skills;</li><li>Commitment to a career in tourism and property management;</li><li>Experience with sales within any organisation;</li><li>Desirable attributes.</li></ul>
