MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Analyst, you are the business partner of the sales & marketing team .
• Accompany the finance Ops team during the cycles processes such as Budget (2x per year) and Rolling Forecast (1x per month). • Create and implement weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the FBP’s • Analysis upon request • Analysing with a critical eye the weekly operational indicators (KPIs) • Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines • Supporting report consolidation • Coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts and financial activities on an annual and ad-hoc basis • Analysing financial results, actual vs forecasts and recommending changes • Implementation of project controlling
Qualifications:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited college or university is required.
o 4 years of professional work experience in Finance with a minimum of 2 years confirmed experience in controlling is required.

o Good organizational skills; able to drive, coordinate and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders
o Attention to detail, time management, and sophisticated communication skills
o Building partnership and trust over time with business partners: active listening, managing resistance and conflict, managing interpersonal relationships
o Good analytical skills, financial acumen and strategic thinking
o Perfect command of Microsoft office (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
o Good command of accounting and ERP software SAP
o Good communication skills : French and professional English
