LC Waikiki’s journey started in France in 1988, continuing after 1997 as a Turkish brand under the umbrella of LC Waikiki Mağazacılık Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş.</p><p>Today LC Waikiki trades with more than 1000 stores in 58 countries, with the company’s philosophy that “Everyone Deserves to Dress Well” enabling people to enjoy accessible fashion through quality products at affordable prices.</p><p>There are around 7500 employees working at LC Waikiki’s corporate office, more than 50,000 people in Turkey and abroad.</p><p>LC Waikiki aims to be one of the 3 most successful ready-made clothing brands in Europe by 2023.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degrees in the related fields</li><li>Minimum 2 years of related work experience</li><li>Fluent spoken & written English is must</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Having a disciplined approach to process controls</li><li>Good communication skills with internal and external customers</li><li>Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span></strong></p><ul><li>Makes financial and performance-based analyzes and reporting by following KPI realizations in order to ensure that the responsible deparment to achieve their financial targets</li><li>Makes root cause analysis, which will be made by meeting with the process owners of the KPIs that are open to improvement, ensures that problem solving studies are carried out</li><li>Reports the realization/target tracking of the KPI items that will support the strategic decision making of the department he/she works for on a weekly basis</li><li>Makes the income / expense analysis of the brand in the budget period</li><li>Makes cost center and project-based profitability analyzes of the department</li><li>Calculates costs for new projects, consolidates datas and analyzes</li><li>Makes monthly expense / cost analyzes of the department and makes forecasts for future periods</li></ul><p></p>
