<p><strong>A client-focused role that manages individual streams within a project. Consultants also lead, coach, train, and develop employees at the Analyst level in projects.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Main Tasks</u></strong></p><p><strong>Overall:</strong></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead, manage, and mentor those within the team, including analysts on project activities as well as business development targets.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct periodic meetings with analysts to follow up on their project tasks and challenges.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the decisions in the hiring process of business analysts and engage in their onboarding program.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Suggest enrollment in relevant training/ workshops.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct periodic meetings with analysts to follow up on their targets, challenges, and KPIs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>On Core Consulting Projects:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Undertake projects to assess a variety of issues &amp; needs.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be accountable for engaging, collecting information, presenting findings, and delivering recommendations to clients.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate with clients to inform them of progress and make relevant decisions.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be always ready to work or meet on the client site.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare the needed reporting deliverables.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain knowledge of industry, products, and field: participate in training or webinars.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Search and develop skills with technical tools for data visualization, data analysis, research, and studies.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fill in the required timesheet per project.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5 days per week (M-F)</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;9:00 am to 6:00 pm</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hybrid Mode of Work (Distributed between working remotely and from HEED Beirut Offices)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related major.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Language: proficiency in English and Arabic.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 5 years of experience in related tasks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Attitude Required:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High Business Acumen in industries, business development, and management.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A good understanding of database structure, and data hygiene.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A positive attitude with a passionate spirit for work.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High Commitment towards meeting objectives, and accountability.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills (Verbal and written).</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast Responsiveness.</p>
