Job description:

Provision of basic administrative or general office support. This role is typically focused on the completion of standardised tasks and work routines. 

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel etc. 
  • Experience in an administrative or office environment. 
  • Knowledge of English, Russian would be a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the company’s CRM system, inputting and maintaining client information, updating contact records, and generating reports as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and events, working closely with our marketing, design, and sales team.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Search for new developers (verification of documents with a lawyer)
  • Conclusion of contracts, registration of the company with developers (registration)
  • Notification of brokers about new contracts concluded by the company (general chat with the developer, contacts of managers from developers, plus a register with information about the developer / object)
  • Contact with government departments related to real estate issues (DLD, notary, etc.)
  • Organization and control of the implementation of current task
