* Liaise with Product Development Managers and Enterprise Architects to establish a business architecture methodology to capture key enterprise value.
* Support upcoming product roadmaps initiatives by developing and maintaining business capability models, process maps, and data models.
* Document end-to-end business processes, including payment processing, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and fraud detection, with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Assess existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative technology-driven solutions.
