<p>The role is for our automotive distribution business.</p><p><br></p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Preparation of monthly board deck using data insights and analysis</p><p>Prepare the monthly stock report with aging analysis (Vehicles &amp; Spares) </p><p>Prepare monthly debtors report – Ageing Summary</p><p>Prepare insights on working capital utilization, borrowings, and cash flow tracking and ensuring to implement controls to operate within the ABP limits </p><p>Preparing expense variance analysis – ensure pre-approvals and DOA is followed and unbudgeted expenses are pre-approved</p><p>Responsible for:</p><p>Balance sheet reconciliations</p><p>Monthly Bank recons, debtors balance confirmation, inventory recon for spares and Whole goods</p><p>Tracking of inventory and receivables on a weekly basis</p><p>Implement actions for collection on outstanding including legal cases follow up</p><p>Final clean-up of the accounts including balance sheet recons for all the closing businesses</p><p>Country financial reviews</p><p>Document for annual strategy plan Preparation and consolidation as per the defined template</p><p><br></p><p>Special Projects</p><p>• Standard Costing: Standard costing per SKU per country and standardized into the billing system</p><p>Business Cases</p><p>• Assistance with business case review and financing options as per request</p><p> SOP’s</p><p>• SOP for ordering equipment and implements and adherence to the same</p><p>• Custodian for all OEM agreements</p>
