Overview:

  • Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Business Analyst/Associate who will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping leadership of the company make informed decisions.
  • You’d be working with an exceptional group or ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.

 

Roles description:

  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business insights, across strategic initiatives
  • Run complex and detailed analyses in order to identify areas of improvement and increasing efficiency
  • Establish and manage a partnership with product, commercial, marketing teams to make sure that the analytics is used as a lever in decision making.
  • Present findings periodically to leaders of the organization.
  • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company
  • Clear, transparent, and fluent English communication with an aim to drive consensus and evangelize both internally and externally.

 

Skills / requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in Business Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company
  • Fluency in English
  • Impact driven mindset and using analytics as a means to the impact.
  • Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge
  • Experience in marketing analytics is a plus (Google Analytics, app attribution, campaign performance measurement, tag management)
  • Experience with pricing, growth, commercial operations preferred
  • Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to audiences 
  • Ability to work with different functions to drive insights into actions
  • Proven track record of understanding of end-to-end analytics
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in academic and professional life
