We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of our initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases for new features, products, and enhancements.
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business indicators and monitor the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the industry, including emerging technologies, market developments, and competitor analysis.
• Support the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
