<p>Dear Candidates,</p><p><br></p><p>Virtusa has opportunity for Business Analyst who has experience in Core Banking for one of our client in Qatar, if interested please share resume to supriyagk@virtusa.com</p><p><br></p><p>Job Title -Business Analyst/ Consultant</p><p><strong>Experience – 8+ years (Min 4 years into core Banking domain)</strong></p><p>Notice period -Max 30 days only</p><p>Work location – Doha, Qatar</p><p><br></p><p>JOB Description:</p><p><br></p><p>o Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.</p><p>o <strong>Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Banking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3 years in IT.</strong></p><p>o Should have minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in <strong>EQUATION Core Banking and/or</strong> <strong>Loan IQ Syndicated Loans System</strong> support and implementation. </p><p>o Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.</p><p>o Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting</p><p>o Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing </p><p>o Understanding of System integration with core banking systems </p><p>o Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.</p><p>o Good experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems in (SIT/UAT) testing</p><p>o Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</p><p>o Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions. </p><p>o Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.</p><p>o Track and document changes to business specifications.</p><p>o Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training</p><p>o Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.</p><p>o Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess performance as well as the department’s overall performance on a regular basis.</p><p>o Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Special Skills:</strong></p><p>o <strong> Competence in SDK framework in Loan IQ system </strong></p><p>o Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.</p><p>o Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) skills.</p><p>o Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. </p><p>o Excellent business process analysis and mapping.</p><p>o Team work and sync with reporting hierarchy </p><p>o Customer service oriented</p><p>o Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct</p><p>o Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts.</p><p>o Planning and organizing ability.</p><p>o Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility</p><p>o Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</p><p></p>
