Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the eCommerce business of the aviation industry.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and use cases.
- Create functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of proposed solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the solutions delivered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the aviation industry (eCommerce, mobile app, airport services).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the company’s services and improve flydubai’s efficiency.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IATA,.
- Experience with business process modeling, workflow analysis, and use case development.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, Azure Visual studio.
