<p><strong>Tasks :<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Driving client workshops to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions<br><br></p></li><li><p>Reviewing and Analysing the client’s business operations and processes and recommending improvements<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to document Business Requirements and Functional Solution Design of high quality with no ambiguity.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to programmers/technical teams from an IT angle.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client<br><br></p></li><li><p>Researching of alternative approaches to problems<br><br></p></li><li><p>Supporting the client in their goals of execution excellence for their run business<br><br></p></li><li><p>Managing issues and risks with Project Manager as required<br><br></p></li><li><p>Support related teams as required to ensure successful delivery of projects (e.g. Functional, Technical, Reporting)<br><br></p></li><li><p>QA and Test end to end processes<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Profile :<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Atleast 7-10 years of P&amp;C Insurance and preferrable if candidate is having Reinsurance experience<br><br></p></li><li><p>Should have core insurance domain process knowledge in any at least one of the functional areas like : Accounting, Claims, Policy administration, Underwriting, Reinsurance<br><br></p></li><li><p>Having software product development experience is a plus<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience in defining/documenting business requirements<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to understand/follow/define processes of end-client business operations<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience in working with use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, test cases etc.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to all stakeholders.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation<br><br></p></li><li><p>Preferred experience in pre-sales, RFP, RFI responding, providing demo to prospects and generating workflows of product functionalities<br><br></p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good analytical skills<br><br></p></li><li><p>Domain certifications like III, INS, CII, CPCU preferred<br><br></p></li></ul>
