Business Analyst (Digital Wealth Management)

Job Description

– The Business Analyst is a specialized role within a squad, aiding Product Owners in Requirement Elicitation, documentation, and Product Backlog creation.
– They support Product Owners in day-to-day tasks but should not be mistaken for the Product Owner role. Their primary responsibility is to assist in Requirements Elicitation and act as Functional Test Leads.
– Review and approve all new Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with stakeholders.
– Ensure timely creation of Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) and set delivery timelines with vendors and platform owners.
– Regularly prioritize and publish the channel backlog.
– Conduct epic feature prioritization and customer Usability Testing workshops.
– Optimize testing efficiency using automated tools and scripts.
– Communicate the product release plan to all stakeholders.
– Perform comprehensive production sanity checks with pilot clients before launch.
– Take ownership of Technology Risks, Issues, Problem Tickets, Audit Issues, and Resiliency issues.
– Address Technical Debt in the business product within defined SLAs and timelines.
