Job Description
1. JOB PURPOSE:
Main tasks will include performing detailed business requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
Business Analyst should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Business Analyst should have Card Management system Knowledge and Schemes Mandate implementation Experience.

1.Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
2.Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
3.Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
4.Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
5.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
6.Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
7.Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
8.Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees
9.Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
10.Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
11.Providing management with market feedback

6. QUALIFICATIONS (Both academic & Professional essentially required)•
– A degree in Information Technology, preferably Business & Project Management subject (e.g. MBA, MSc)
– PMP or PRINCE II Certified
– International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or certificate of competency in business analysis (offered by the IIBA) preferred
7. EXPERIENCE (Number of years, type & at what level etc.)
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
•Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
•Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•A track record of following through on commitments.
•Knowledge of TQM/EFQM.
