Our Client is an Information Technology Services &amp; Consultancy company based in Riyadh, KSA, looking to hire a<strong> Business Analyst</strong>.<br><br>Your Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst</li><li>Prior experience working in a software solutions company</li><li>Experience working on software development projects or coming from a software development background. </li><li>Experience working with a vendor or IT services company/consultancy company that supports end clients. </li><li>Strong client-facing skills / strong communication skills. </li><li>Must possess strong communication skills</li><li>IIBA or CBAP certifications are a bonus</li><li> Arabic speakers are preferred <br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Use Business Analysis techniques to capture business and end-user requirements</li><li>Create and document functional requirements (Use cases) and non-functional requirements</li><li>Coordinate requirements walk-throughs and signoffs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs</li><li> Acts as the product owner</li><li>Work with the technical team to develop business and technical requirements</li><li>Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by the software</li><li>Ensures that programs meet business/user requirements by inspecting and monitoring software development progress</li><li>Performing solution demos and supervising UAT</li><li>Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users</li><li>Determines approaches that will improve the business, usability, performance, and integrity of the software</li><li>Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects</li><li>Identify and validate the key business requirements</li><li>Mentor and assist other team members<br><br></li></ul>Halian Group<br><br>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br><br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
