We’re looking for a Business Analyst

AlGooru is a Saudi-based edtech startup that uses AI to connect students with on-demand private tutors over 200+ subjects.
🎯 Main responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting and supporting the Product Team on the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.
- Responsible for performing market research studies and competitive analysis, as well as analysis to balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities when designing features and enhancements
- Responsible for assisting and communicating between the development team and the company’s business users.

- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Ensure that we never go live with a release unless it has been tested and verified
- Ensure that business users are aware and trained on all new releases
- Ensure that all business users are satisfied with a release before we go live
- Report and monitor any bugs
New Requirements Documentations
- Conduct User interviews to gain new insights about our products
- Collect and suggest new requirements and enhancements for our products
- Draft clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that allow developers to implement our requirements flawlessly
- Communicate with Tech and development team to make sure new requirements are clear before development starts
- Follow-up with Tech Team to make sure all their requirements are being met.
- Ensure POCs are aware of new releases and on-going sprints
Data Analysis
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Ensure that all data related to our products are tracked accurately
- Track & analyze data/reports to find bugs or areas of exploration
