We can provide you with customized end-to-end solutions that drive business value.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and motivated <strong>Business Analyst .</strong> Would you like to develop your skills and refine your craft in a pioneering technology company, where you’ll join a highly collaborative, growing team and support their cutting-edge core platform?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track projects progress.</li><li>Lead conversations with key stakeholders to elicit and gather business requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to prioritize business requirements, analyze and translate them into functional/operational and non-functional requirements.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the business and the development team to manage the communication and clarification of requirements.</li><li>Formulate the documentation of Scope, SOW, Business Requirements document, functional specifications document.</li><li>Validated if the solution components meet the business requirements, performed regression and UAT, to help surface any issues prior to the change release.</li><li>Implementation of code changes and new releases on testing and production environments (Define, Design, Prepare-Configure, and Go Live).</li><li>Draft User manuals by presenting new solution, process changes using UML models and prototypes, Data flow diagrams and assisted clients in the UAT to get the sign off.</li><li>Responsible for project management From project’s pre-SDLC, Formation, Requirements till getting the sign off.</li><li>Developed fraud detection scenarios covering transaction fraud and application fraud across different banking channels covering online banking, mobile banking, IVR etc</li><li>Worked with different stakeholders for the preparation of business requirements and design</li><li>Identified data needs and prepared data model for fraud scenarios</li><li>Supported customer in carrying out data mapping from source system</li><li>Designed the interface to be used by fraud investigation team</li><li>Analyzed business requirements and implemented multiple fraud scenarios in the ‘procure to pay’ process for a major bank in GCC</li><li>Coordinated with multiple stakeholders for the finalization and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications</li><li>Prepared data model based on the data requirements for fraud scenarios execution</li><li>Designed the workflow for investigation and VA reports for management</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Specialist Skills/Technical Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Compliance domain knowledge & experience.</li><li>Project Management Knowledge and experience.</li><li>Be a good team player with cross techno functional knowledge and skills.</li><li>Business Continuity Management systems.</li><li>Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Team management skills.</li><li>Trade finance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>100% Medical Insurance premium for Employee will be paid by Synechron.</li><li>Medical Insurance Premium for the dependents on residence visa will be paid on 50% – 50% copay policy of Synechron.</li><li>Employment visa and residence visa cost will be paid by Synechron for employees and his/her dependents.</li><li>Initial entry ticket will be paid by Synechron for employee and his/her dependents (for movements from outside UAE).</li><li>22 working days of Annual leaves and 15 Sick leaves will be given to an employee as per UAE.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Awards: </strong></p><p>2022: Voted in Top 25 Best Companies to Work for (Business Intelligence Group)</p><p>2021: Winners of Gold Globee Award Honoring Employer Excellence for Career Growth, Development & Training (2021 Business Excellence Awards)</p><p>2021: Synechron Recognized Silver Level Awards for COVID-19 Support Strategy</p><p>2020: Winners of Team of the Year’ Award (US FinTech Awards 2021)</p><p>2020: Synechron FinLabs Wins Gold Stevie Award (2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards)</p><p><br></p><p>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
