Business Analyst
Job Description
<ul><li>Define project requirements by identifying project scope of work and prioritize all function requirements and prepare/order sprints or milestones based on the client needs.</li><li>Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change</li><li>Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.</li><li>Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders</li><li>Conduct business process modeling and prepare graphical representation such as workflow charts, use cases, wireframes, and other diagrams</li><li>Work hand in hand with the product owner to create user stories, refine backlog and create work breakdown structure.</li><li>Work with the testing and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.</li><li>Conduct workshop, demo, training sessions and presentation, and creating user manuals.</li><li>Run user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients for each release.</li><li>Write Functional & Non-Functional Requirements.</li><li>Solid experience in the software development life cycle and agile development methodology.</li><li>The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions</li><li>Problem solving and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges</li><li>The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc.</li><li>Documentation and writing skills: creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents</li><li>Excellent command in English</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent</li><li>6+ years of experience</li><li>Hands-on experience on Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li></ul>
