<strong>Job Description: Business Analyst</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Exposure to handling multiple projects</li><li>Experience in Contracts, staff augmentation and Workforce Planning:</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to identify the company’s current and future hiring needs and plan for these needs.</li><li>Identify and forecast skills and talent requirements.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from creating new positions until the joining day of new hires.</li><li>Manage candidate experiences and internal candidate tracking system.</li><li>Create documented processes for the internal steering of QA based on experience in cloning, editing, and adapting policies and governance materials.</li><li>Source for potential new talents in countries where the company envisions expansion such as Saudi Arabia, and GCC countries. Iraq, and Turkey in general.</li><li>Develop and maintain a roadmap for what we want QA to be like in the future alongside time-bound milestones.HR Analytics and Reporting:</li><li>Use HR analytics tools to measure and report on employee-related metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance management.</li><li> Policy and Procedure Development:</li><li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company’s culture and values.</li><li>Work with management to ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with laws and regulations.</li><li>Market Research and Analysis:</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new projects and clients.</li><li>Gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications for potential new projects.</li><li>Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.</li><li>Process Improvement:</li><li>Work on process modeling and design to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Follow up and oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.</li><li>Soft Skills Development:</li><li>Utilize soft skills and experience to deliver employees’ workshops and personal development spaces.</li><li>Facilitate communication and team-building exercises to promote a positive work environment.<br></li></ul>
