Job Description

<p><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Visit buildings on a daily basis</li><li>Inspect existing buildings for flaws and defects.</li><li>Liaise with Property management and FM.</li><li>Determine the condition of existing buildings by identifying the defects.</li><li>Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings.</li><li>Generate reports. </li><li>Follow up for all logistic and site access.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>Degree/Diploma of Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering Degree related to building services or equivalent.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Employee’s ability to commit to the job requirement e.g. work on shift: Traveling project sites to attend meeting / conduct the audits</li><li>Relevant experience in carrying inspections Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &amp; HVAC</li><li>Familiar with software and record all Defects/comments.</li><li>Able to work on weekends/rotational basis.</li><li>Good oral communication and report writing skills.</li><li>Ability with information gathering necessary to develop a thorough understanding of the project.</li><li>To attend meetings with clients, term contractors or any other meetings as assigned by the Immediate Superior and to record and meeting minutes.</li></ul>
