Building Management Systems Engineer
Job Description
<ul><li><strong><u>Main Duties and Responsibilities </u></strong></li><li>Take Lead with T&C for BMS Projects.</li><li>Ability to Manager and lead the team with overall responsibility for the delivery of services across the project.</li><li>Responsible for performance oversight of all project work scope elements, associated deliverable development and submittal, and other contracted services</li><li>Represent with the client to navigate through various technical and commercial deliverables.</li><li>Review The technical and matching Budget with Charter to request the material and create Suppliers POs & Planning to secure Project material.</li><li>Review work performance, project plans, and project schedules with the client team. </li><li>Software Programming of BMS Honeywell, Schneider Electric based controllers and systems. </li><li>Commissioning, Testing and Troubleshooting of mainly for above BMS systems. </li><li>Assume the lead technical role on BMS projects. </li><li>Coordinate with clients and consultants. Requirements </li><li>Project design and modification required for the system.</li><li>Handover for a project with client and Documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a bachelor s degree in electrical or electronics engineering. </li><li>Previous BMS, PLC or automation experience is a plus but not necessary.</li><li>Knowledge of latest technologies and local construction industry.</li><li>Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English) </li><li>Should have good communication skills, willing to learn and grow and contribute as a team player.</li></ul><p></p>
