If you have a strong knowledge of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management Systems), we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Position: CSM Operator (Critical System Management Operator)</em></strong></p><p><strong>Salary Package:</strong> QAR 4,500 monthly (Full Package)</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 10 Hours Per Day & 6 Days per week</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Operate and monitor critical systems such as ELV and BMS in a facilities management project</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of critical systems</li><li>Conduct regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance of systems</li><li>Respond promptly to system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take appropriate actions</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers for system repairs and upgrades</li><li>Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents</li><li>Follow safety protocols and adhere to established procedures and guidelines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ELV and BMS systems</li><li>Proven track record as a CSM Operator or similar role in facilities management projects</li><li>Familiarity with critical systems operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting</li><li>Ability to interpret system alarms, analyze data, and make informed decisions</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Relevant certifications in ELV or BMS systems preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a dedicated professional with expertise in ELV and BMS systems, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a prestigious facilities management project in Qatar.
