<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the configuration & assistance for Business offers: Feasibility study, Design and propose technical solutions, Configurations of RatePlans, Services, Free Unit, Promotions, Tax packages, roaming tariff configuration, Business partners, IOTs …</li><li>Support to enhance the Dunning process</li><li>Support to enhance & Optimize customers’ Bar/Unbar process</li><li>Support to enhance & optimize Billing activities (Pre-billing, BCH/BGH & invoice generation) & Business requests (reporting,CC facturation,CX, CMS)</li><li>Rating & CMS activities support (trouble shooting for rejections, investigations & enhancement …)</li><li>Support on BSCS Resources’ administration (MSISDN&IMSI life cycle, Scripts development & tuning)</li><li>Support Business & RAFM for recurrent & exceptional requests (Reporting, CC facturation, CX, CMS….) & Customer service request handling</li><li>Support for ERP/CBiO interfaces development and maintenance, CS and BSCS Reconciliations</li><li>Reviewing, improving and automating tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>10 years overall experience including a total of 5 years minimum on BSCS Configurations </p><p>Engineer in Computer Science </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills: </strong></p><p>· Mastery of Customer Billing, Dunning & Payment logic & processes </p><p>· Mastery of the BSCS IX system</p><p>· Very good knowledge of IX-collection & Streamserve systems</p><p>· Good knowledge of BSCS Integrations with other CBIO & 3PP systems</p><p>· Shell Scripting & DB </p><p>· Ability for Analysis & Implementation of Marketing & Business Offers</p><p>· Knowledge of Project management practices</p><p>· Knowledge/Mastery of Ooredoo Algeria offers </p><p>· Accept internal company policies </p><p>· Ensure End users satisfaction </p><p>· Ensure the company & customer data confidentiality </p><p>· Meet expected deadlines </p><p>· Adapt to changes</p><p>· Ensure good collaboration with teams </p><p>· Respect health and safety standards</p>
