<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p>Brand Partnerships Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to build long-lasting relationships with clients who can help promote their brand through influencer services. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, identifying sales opportunities, and determining areas of improvement.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>1. Understand the influencers’ marketing industry in the UAE and MENA Region</p><p>2. Source and Identify new business opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns to ensure achieving the sales target</p><p>3. Pursue new business opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns</p><p>4. Create proposals to win new business (including ideation, recommended influencers, recommended deliverables, and pricing)</p><p>5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners</p><p>6. Taking the lead in resolving any potential commercial concerns</p><p>7. Nurture and grow client relationships</p><p>8. Understand operation processes and requirements (booking orders, invoices, etc.)</p><p>9. Work closely with the Business Development team on delivering compelling, results-driven RFPs</p><p>10. Stay on top of industry news and trends, especially for our social media partners</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Desired Skills &amp; Requirements:</u></strong></p><ol><li>3+ years of successful influencer marketing experience</li><li>Have strong contacts with brands and agencies</li><li>Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on building partnerships with brands and agencies</li><li>Motivated self-starter that is intellectually curious, action-oriented, and proactive</li><li>First-class presentation and storytelling skills</li><li>Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational, and negotiation skills</li><li>Have a solid understanding of the influencer marketing industry</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure</li><li>Arabic &amp; English speaker</li></ol><p></p>
