In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our brands and play a key role in driving our business growth through the development and execution of innovative brand strategies. If you have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and a desire to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Develop an in-depth knowledge of the target consumer and facilitate decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights with full support of CIMI.</li><li>Bring strong digital knowhow to the communication development and media planning process by staying up to date with trends and relevant emerging platforms.</li><li>Partner with media and communication agencies and work with our eBusiness teams to expand our brand presence and develop compelling content for digital marketing.</li><li>Support in developing annual brand strategic priorities and input for ICP development by clusters in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager and/or SBM.</li><li>Support in the development and rollout of centralized communication toolkits.</li><li>Support the creative development process and equity measurement for centralized brands communications.</li><li>Execute and track progress to ensure projects, I&R, and business plans are executed and results tracked.</li><li>Execute SKU Harmonization/Optimization/Simplification initiatives.</li><li>Support in PFME planning and tracking at brand/cluster based on pre-defined budgets, with recommendations to optimize/revise to be submitted to Regional Marketing Manager/SBM.</li><li>Support in the development & rollout of the regional promotional strategy alongside the Regional CDT along with the toolkits.</li><li>Own packaging development process ensuring full compliance to the global guidelines / D2D.</li><li>Conduct market share analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends on the regional level. </li><li>Actively participate in the monthly review with regional team and clusters for inspiration, learnings, and action plans.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, which may include 3 years in other function ideally in CDT/ Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.</li><li>Experience working in cross functional teams.</li><li>Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them. </li><li>Experience in leading product launch and renovation projects working with cross functional teams.</li><li>Higher education in business management and marketing with excellent track record.</li><li>Strong relationship management and communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Good understanding of digital marketing with 1-2 years experience in pure digital & social marketing an advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>All qualified applicants will be given equal opportunity based on their experience and qualifications against the role requirements.
