Job Description <br><br> Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Product Manager with the below responsibilities and qualifications. <br> – Conduct a market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. <br> – Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. <br> – Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products. <br> – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and commercialization <br> – Define and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and demand for commercial products <br> – Define and manage product pricing, positioning strategies and messaging, with ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. <br> – Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth. <br> – Develop and manage marketing budgets, track and report on marketing performance and ROI. <br> – Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth <br> – Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry experts to ensure successful development, launch, and commercialization of new products <br> – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to commercial product management. <br><br>Skills <br> – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred <br> – 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the Consumer Electronics or Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) industry. <br> – Strong analytical skills (Data analysis Skills) and ability to use data to drive decision-making. <br> – Strong presentation skills. <br> – Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. <br> – Ability to use Power PI & Microsoft Excel professionally. <br> – Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies for commercial products. <br> – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. <br><br>
