Job Description

<p>We are currently looking for a well-rounded <strong>Brand Manager </strong>to join our team.</p><p>The ideal candidate is capable to manage all the brand activities and master the below responsibilities.</p><ul><li>Set the Sales forecast at the beginning of the year with the supplier</li><li>Handle the ordering process with each supplier from placing the order till the time of delivery by following up on shipment documentation and tracking shipment estimated time of arrival</li><li>Set the pricing structure of each product including margins and free of charge items in close coordination with senior management.</li><li>Control the Advertising &amp; Promotion budget by monitoring the expenses of each activation and check for any pending supplier payment or discrepancy</li><li>Coordinate the Issuance of debit notes to suppliers and service provider and follow up settlements with financial coordinator</li><li>Plan and manage brand related events by coordinating and negotiating with service providers regarding the location, logistics, invitees, food &amp; beverages, etc.</li><li>Ensure optimal stock availability at all times and follow up with concerned parties to ensure on accurate and on time delivery to customers</li><li>Train the sales team to transmit their knowledge to customers by attending conferences, seminars and workshops to fully understand all new products specifications and features</li><li>Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitors’ products, highlight their weaknesses and promote relevant strengths</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent</li><li>Preferred background in Marketing and Sales</li><li>Excellent command of English and Arabic. French is a plus.</li></ul>
