<p><strong><u>Job description:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a Skin Care Brand Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Capabilities of the right candidate include strong acumen in setting brand strategies, monthly and quarterly action plans and follow up mechanisms to ensure the right customer experience, business growth and product quality requirements. We expect a class A Skin Care Brand Manager who will contribute to the growth of Kadoon business units.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Develops brand strategies &amp; communication plan across all sales channels.</p><p>· Conducts frequent market visits to check the quality of the implementation based on shared brand guidelines. Updates CRM platforms with sales opportunities.</p><p>· Monitors the implementation of the brand plans, promotions, and events to ensure the objectives are achieved in aligned with different clients’ segments.</p><p>· Sets a detailed yearly purchase forecast for all assigned brand based on allocated sales target &amp; divide the needed into partial shipments (as per lead-time and seasonal requirements).</p><p>· Develops brand training material and align with other stakeholders to execute the right training program for internal resources, and for Kadoon clients and customers.</p><p>· Develops and reports evaluations on the training sessions given aligned with customer experience targets. Monitors the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products and training activities.</p><p>· Keeps the sales team updated on the brand guidelines and product portfolio.</p><p>· Rigorously follows up with supply chain department on ordering process, product invoice, estimated departure time &amp; estimated arrival time &amp; custom clearance.</p><p>· Ensures that aged stock is kept to minimal aligned with business objectives in terms of quantities and costs.</p><p>· Coordinates with the advertising team to develop the right communication messages on the advertising material.</p><p>· Monitors the utilization and disbursement of point of sales materials.</p><p>· Owns full performance reporting for the Skin Care products and Technologies</p><p>· Monitors competitors’ activities &amp; recommend appropriate responses/action.</p><p>· Provide continuous feedback on the execution of marketing plan through digital channels or field channels.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements, Experience and Skills:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent.</p><p>· Marketing certifications</p><p>· Written and spoken fluency in English &amp; Arabic languages.</p><p>· 3-5 years’ experience in brand management or product strategy roles in beauty care field in GCC with special emphasis on Skin Care products, equipment, and technologies.</p><p>· Prior knowledge and practice of marketing, sales &amp; merchandising, brand management, category management, brand building &amp; marketing, and consumer behavior.</p><p>· Experience with implementing brand strategies through eCommerce platforms</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.</p><p>· Understanding of digital marketing principles</p><p>· Customer Focus, attention to details, problem solving, team playing &amp; decision making and interpersonal skills.</p><p>· Innovation.</p><p>· Analytical ability.</p>
