WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Brand Experience Manager – Brand Development to be based on an on-going project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for leading and supporting various projects within the Brand Development team such as the curation and development of unique hotel concepts, brand experiences and signature guest touchpoints. This includes working closely with appointed consultants and agencies for concept development, brandscape and people culture creation and Tech and Digital resources.

Your new role, what’s involved?
* Supports the development of the Client’s Hotel Development’s Brand and Culture, including brand architecture and brand guidelines informing the overall client’s hotel brand culture creation.
* Leads and coordinates brand concepts creation, positioning, and experience material
* Collaborates closely with architectural and interior design teams to ensure compliance with the overall brand strategy, positioning and final product quality
* Ensures the brand direction and the desired human experience within the different areas of each project are conceptualized
* Protects each brand’s narrative to ensure consistent execution of identity elements internally and with partners
* Maintains and communicates an updated awareness of brands and concepts in the market
* Benchmark regional brand development to ensure in-house brands are developed with unique and exclusive brand personalities
* Partners with contracted consultants to deliver the unique and specific elements of projects to differentiate the required experience and outcomes.
* Responsible for ensuring that the cultural aspects are represented and respected throughout all activities and material created.
* Work closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure inclusion and compliance with the company’s values
* Supports the development and execution of the Hotel’s digital strategy, digital footprint and online guest experiences.
* Work closely with relevant parties to drive digital projects according to plan and required speed.
* Develops and creates presentations as required by the Hotel Development team under the direction of the Director – Brand Experience that comply with the company’s brand standards
* Works closely with appointed agencies to design and implement social media strategies
* Works closely with Marketing professionals to develop Social Media campaigns
* Ensures that special events and team contributions are communicated effectively on Social Media platforms
